Drafted By Xander Hough, Head of TCGs 2026
Proxies are permitted to be brought to and played with at Guild General Sessions. Proxies are only permitted at Guild events that either have no prizes or at which prizes have been sponsored by Guild itself - unless otherwise stated by an Executive Council Member or the Head of TCGs. Proxies are not permitted to be played in any tournament or competition for which there is an external sponsor from outside of Guild, unless explicit permission from the sponsor is given.
The trading or selling of proxies from any TCG at any Guild Session or affiliated event is strictly prohibited, even in cases where the buyer or receiver is aware that the merchandise is not authentic cards from that TCG. Dishonesty surrounding whether cards are proxies is strictly prohibited.
Any rules of a TCG system which may place further restrictions on proxies not outlined in this statement is to be obeyed above this statement. Non-compliance with these rules could result in immediate disciplinary action outlined by the Guild Constitution.
